Dear Parents and Players:

NABA is announcing its 2008 Summer Program for Grades K through 8 (based on the 2007-2008 School Year). Attached is a brochure outlining the Summer Program. You can register for the Summer Program on NABA’s website (www.nabball.org). Registration is limited in all age groups, so please consider registering as early as possible.

We have significantly upgraded our Summer Program this year and we believe that it will be as good as, or better than, any other basketball program of this type in the local area. All of the programs for Grades K through 8 will be run by persons who are basketball coaches at North Allegheny. Four Tuesday sessions for Grades 6 through 8 will be special skill sessions run by Player’s Edge, a national basketball training academy, the cost of which is included in the registration fee.

Please note that the Summer Programs for Grades K through 5 will be held in the mornings at the North Allegheny Intermediate High School on Cumberland Road. The Summer Program for Grades 6 through 8 will continue to be held at Marshall Middle School.

NABA’s Summer Program is also designed to fit, and not overlap, with the summer basketball camps run by the North Allegheny varsity basketball coaches. A brochure for each of the varsity coach’s basketball camp is attached to this letter.
